L Family Cookout 2012

We got up bright and early yesterday morning and headed up to Grammie and Bumpy's for their summer cookout. Thank goodness Auntie R was there and took pictures because I was a total slacker and took ZERO :/ Thanks for sharing, R!!!

We checked another item off our summer fun list the other day when we met up with Mel and her boys and headed to the BEACH!!!

After the beach was a stop for yummy yummy ice cream at Garsides :)

Impromptu Party at Auntie D's

Auntie D and Uncle Skip have been working working working on the outside of their house for MONTHS now . . .new flower garden out back, landscaping out front, wood shed, new deck . . . the list goes on and on. Last Saturday they rented a splitter to get their wood ready for winter and Uncle F came down to help. Hubby, Iz and I showed up after the work was done and it turned into an outright PARTY! :)

I have so much to share with you! We've had a super-busy, FUN summer and I have a ton of pictures and stories to tell.

But . . . blogger is giving me trouble and I'm hating them, and this blog :/ It has to do with picture storage space and the fact that when I contact blogger it tells me that my question can't be answered directly but will be used to resolve future problems. Seriously? You have a way for people to contact you for help but you don't respond???? Ugh! Ugh! Double ugh!

We'll see where the old blog goes in the next few weeks. For now . . . I guess 'm on hiatus :(
